Orders are accepted by RUNATHLETICS.COM subject to availability of product.
RUNATHLETICS.COM reserves the right to decline/accept any order.

Goods shall be delivered by a method of transport RUNATHLETICS.COM considers suitable to the address requested by the Buyer.

RUNATHLETICS.COM shall not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage whether direct indirect or consequential if it is delayed in part or in whole in delivering the Goods.

If after 14 days the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods RUNATHLETICS.COM may rescind the Contract and sell the Goods to a third party.

The Buyer must inspect all Goods immediately on delivery.

If any Goods are damaged or lost the Buyer must notify RUNATHLETICS.COM within three days of the delivery of the Goods. Claims made outside this period will have no validity.

The price payable for the Goods is as stated in RUNATHLETICS.COM price list unless otherwise stipulated in writing or email by RUNATHLETICS.COM.

The price quoted is exclusive of delivery charges, customs duties and all other taxes.

RUNATHLETICS.COM may at any time increase the price payable for the Goods by an amount equal to the increase in RUNATHLETICS.COM costs in carrying out its obligations.

Where delivery is by installments RUNATHLETICS.COM shall be entitled to increase the price as stated in this clause in respect of any Goods undelivered at that time.

If you are not 100% happy with your online purchase and goods have not been worn or damaged you may return it to us within 14 days, and we will exchange the goods or provide you with a credit note. No refunds will be given. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.
